Billing information: processed securely by PayPal (we do not store your credit card details).
Usage data: campaign history, feature usage, interaction logs.
AI interactions: prompts, inputs, and generated outputs created through CopyOS.
We do not collect or store IP addresses, browser details, or device information in a form visible to us.
We do not currently use Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
Provide and maintain the Service.
Save your work so you can access
past chats, campaigns, and projects.
Improve your user experience.
Never for resale or third-party marketing.
We may also use anonymized or aggregated data for internal research and service improvement.
3. Data Sharing
We share information only with:
PayPal — for payment processing.
OpenRouter API — which may store user inputs to process AI requests.
Neon database — for secure storage of user account and campaign information.
Replit UI — to display and manage your projects and chats.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained until you delete it.
If you delete a specific chat, campaign, or file, it is permanently removed.
If you delete your account, all associated data is deleted from our active systems.
5. User Rights
You can:
Delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data from our active systems.
Delete individual items (e.g., chats, campaigns) manually.
We do not allow requests to mass-delete historical platform-wide records unrelated to your own account.
Your data will never be used for any purpose other than providing your CopyOS experience.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. While data is not yet encrypted at rest, we will implement encryption in the future. No system is 100% secure, and you use CopyOS at your own risk.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in multiple locations, including:
OpenRouter API servers (for AI processing)
Neon database (for account and campaign data)
Replit hosting (for user interface and project access)
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of CopyOS after changes means you accept the updated policy.
9. Underage Users
The Service is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age, but we cannot fully verify user age at scale. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child, please contact us to request removal.
